This listing is for Amazing Spider-Man #4 (UK Price Variant), published by Marvel in 1963. This price variant is rare - according to the CGC census, there are only 60 graded copies vs.
2800+ graded copies of the regular US cents version. This comic was rated 0.5 by CGC with "Off-White Pages". It is a presentable copy for the grade - the main defect responsible for the grade (noted on the CGC label) is Page 16 missing.
