Federal Hill Collection & Twin City Pedigree. This is the only Twin City/Federal Hill Collection & CVA Ive ever seen in all my years collecting not to mention white pages!! 1963 (Origin/1st App Doctor Octopus). CVA Exceptional designation denoting that it is a high-end example for the condition assigned. The provenance is the Twin Cities collection pedigree and it has also retained newsstand-fresh White Pages. Basically, it is one of the best--if not the best--9.4s that will ever be available. About the Federal Hill Collection.
The Federal Hill Collection is an outstanding collection of approximately 2,000, primarily Marvel comic books published in the 1960s and 1970s that have remained in Near Mint or better condition, the average certified grade of which is 9.6. The remarkable group was assembled in over 15 years of astute collecting in the picturesque Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore.
A tour de force achievement, it is one of the most impressive collections ever handled and some of the individual early Marvel examples are among the best that have ever seen. The collector had one of the most discerning eyes in the hobby. Consisting of mainly Marvel and DC, this accumulation has yielded some of the highest grades of the early Marvel period with considerably high page quality.
