This is an excellent looking book and I really don't understand why it's only a 7.0. It looks more like an 8.0. This book was graded too harshly in my opinion.

The cover is very clean with super nice and bright colors. CGC has assigned the book near perfect OFF-WHITE to WHITE pages! This book looks amazing and has excellent eye-appeal.
