INCREDIBLE 5.5 CGC COPY WITH OWW PAGES AND MINIMAL CHIPPING WHICH TENDS TO PLAGUE THIS BOOK!! VERY MINIMAL ON RIGHT COVER EDGE, BOOK PRESENTS MUCH BETTER THAN A 5.5. SIGNATURE HAS GREAT PLACEMENT WHICH IS ANOTHER CHALLENGE ON THIS BOOK!!! NO GAMES ON THIS BOOK. AND NO, THIS BOOK WILL NOT BE DISCOUNTED.

I support two special needs people. My spouse has Alzheimers Disease and I take care of my mentally handicapped sister. I run three businesses online to support my home and it takes an awful lot to manage that, two special needs people AND my household. DO not make this more difficult than it has to be if we do business.

I DO NOT HAVE BEST OFFER LISTED ANYWHERE ON ANY OF MY LISTINGS FOR A REASON. THAT MEANS I DON'T WANT OFFERS SENT TO ME!!!! I SERIOUSLY do not understand the game.

MY price is where I WANT IT. And if and when I may adjust something, it will be when I see fit to doing it. PLEASE DO NOT TREAT ME LIKE ONE. I DO NOT walk into a Department store and ask them to change their prices for me for no reason. DONT DO THAT TO ME. I DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU THINK GPA OR ANYPLACE ELSE IS TELLING YOU HOW MUCH A BOOK SHOULD BE!!!! SO IF YOU SEND ME ANY OFFER (WHICH MOST PEOPLE JUST PICK SOME RIDICULOUS NUMBER) IT WILL BE IGNORED.

The reason being I DO NOT WANT MY MAILBOX BLOWING UP WITH NONSENSE I HAVE ALREADY SAID I DO NOT DO!! THIS IS MY NUMBER ONE PEEVE. I ask that you understand and respect that! People tend to forget what that actually costs!!! Regular RAW books will likely be sent FIRST CLASS unless a PRIORITY upgrade is needed.

Your ORDER INFORMATION CONTAINS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW. I get at LEAST ten of these a day STILL from people who do not take the time to READ WHAT THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN PROVIDED!!! People LOVE to send constant ONE LINE messages. IF you have a specific question or need more pictures I will be MORE than happy to help you. BUT PLEASE DO NOT BLOW MY MAILBOX UP UNECESSARILY. I truly appreciate your respect and consideration with this. Im asking this because it takes away from not only my time taking care of my family, but also getting packages out. Any major flaws or defects will be listed.

I have no desire or intent to hide anything or deceive anyone. There are plenty of sellers who already do that. I've been victim of them and don't ever intend to be one myself.

I HAVE had problems with people being immature and ridiculous. I'm a grown up. Comic Books are my joy and passion.... I do this because I have a spouse with Alzheimer's, a mentally handicapped sister and a Father with dementia and cancer.
