The first appearance and origin of Spider-Man. Also the first appearance of Uncle Ben and Aunt May. I have had this comic for twenty years in my personal collection. It is complete with nothing cut out and no tape on any part of the book. It does have slight Marvel chipping which is typical of Amazing Fantasy 15. Please look at all pictures to judge the grade for yourself.
